Shipping and Returns


Young Automotive Direct shopping cart website is designed to make ordering Tyre Consumables and Accessories as easy as possible.

Delivery Details are as follows:

  • All orders for stocked lines are placed before 15:00 Monday - Friday are despatched via our standard Next Working Day' delivery service, to virtually all Mainland UK* Addresses
  • Delivery is free on all orders over £75** (ex. VAT) orders under £75 will include a surcharge of £7.95
  • Pre 9:30, Saturday and other premium deliveries can be arranged - please 'contact us' for more information

*Orders outside Mainland UK - this may take 2-3 working days to arrive

**Mainland UK only - addresses outside mainland UK will incur an additional surcharge

We strive to fulfil all orders immediately, any items not in stock will be despatched as soon as they are available. Spilt deliveries do not incur extra delivery charges.

Whilst the Young Automotive Direct website is carefully designed to facilitate the correct identification of parts, we recognise that customers may wish to return goods to us, and that in addition they have a statutory right to cancel their contract within 7 days of receipt of their goods. 

Accordingly Young Automotive Direct operate the following Returns Policy for goods ordered online:

  • Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt by the customer
  • No goods may be returned without the prior approval of Young Automotive Direct and the issue of a Returns Approval to the customer
  • All items to be returned must be unused and must be in their original unmarked and undamaged boxing and packaging
  • Return goods must be carefully packaged and returned to Young Automotive Direct at the customer's expense and risk
  • The Returns Policy does not cover any items that are special order i.e. are not supplied from immediate stock
  • For customers not holding a trade account there is a 20% handling charge on all approved returns safely received by us.

If goods received by the customer are damaged or defective, Young Automotive Direct will replace these items at no extra cost to the customer.
