PS15 Standard Tyre Regroover

PSO have 25 years’ experience in manufacturing top-quality tyre regrooving and cutting equipment. Their PS15 regroover is as rugged and reliable as you would expect of any of their products.

It’s ideal for use on any regroovable tyre. It can restore commercial tyres on buses, trucks, cranes and trailers.It’s also suitable for professional racing teams.

It works by supplying heat to the blade on the handheld cutter. There are four different temperature settings, which you can adjust depending on the type of tyre you’re dealing with.

The PS15’s main body is made from steel while its durable cords allow full flexibility, letting you follow even the most complex of groove patterns. There’s even a carry handle for moving it around your workshop.

The brass cutting head has been designed for ease of use and to minimise operator fatigue.

Tyre Cutting Blades

We have a great range of cutting blades suitable for all tyres that fit the PS15 Standard. They range in size from 3-5mm to 20-28mm, so they can handle any sort of regrooving job.

Cutting into a tyre’s existing grooves improves its grip. This can extend the lifespan of a tyre by up to 20%, which means huge savings on replacement costs. It’s important to leave 2-3mm of tread after cutting to maintain the integrity of the tyre.
